The website presents the metal staircases manufactured by Ferrostep – escape and fire staircases, spiral staircases, straight-flight, industrial and maintenance staircases – and allows visitors to request quotations. No online purchases or payments are made on the website.
3. Quotation requests and contracts
The information, images and descriptions on the website are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer. A quotation request submitted via the form or by phone is not an order. A contract is concluded only upon acceptance of an individual written quotation, under a separate written agreement, whose terms shall apply.
